Very distinctive yellow leafy lichen, forming orbicular patches. Sometimes patches dies off in the middle, forming a ring. Lobes long , wrinkled and turned up at the edges and up to 7mm wide especially at margin. Fruiting bodies usually abundant as large orange yellow cups with paler margins. K+ crimson. Common on most rocky shores in the supralittoral but most abundant on bird perching rocks.
